You can ask for a full refund within 60 days of your purchase, for any reason. No forms and no hoops.

How to ask

1. Email support@askmargaret.org from the address you used to buy, or tell us your name and the date of purchase.
2. Say that you would like a refund. You do not have to give a reason, though we are glad to hear what would have helped.
3. We will refund the full price to your original payment method. Banks and card companies can take several business days to show it.

What this covers

This applies to Margaret's Bill-Cutter Guide and our other paid guides and kits. Free checklists have nothing to refund.
